Organic Land Care Courses

The mission of the NOFA Organic Land Care Program is to extend the principles of organic agriculture to the care of gardens, parks, lawns, and other landscapes.

NOFA Accreditation Course in Organic Land Care

This course is designed for landscapers, lawn care pros, garden caretakers, park and land trust managers, landscape architects, educators, gardeners, and anyone else who is interested in learning how to care for properties without toxic materials. By attending this course, you will be able to open up your business to a fast-growing market of customers who understand the benefits of an organically managed property.

At the end of this course you will earn the trusted credential of being a NOFA Accredited Organic Land Care Professional (AOLCP) which organically–inclined customers in the Northeast have come to view as the gold standard for organic landscaper training.

  • The 4-Day OLC Accreditation Courses for 2018 are being planned for June, August, and November. Two courses will be held in Connecticut and one in the Portland, Maine region.
